About Chef Gloria Davis
I was born and raised in San Diego, CA, and I love this
city! I have an AOS Degree from the Culinary Institute
of America in Hyde Park, NY. I am Food Safe certified,
I have a current Food Handler's card, and I have
liability insurance. I've worked at numerous
restaurants and catering halls at and around the CIA
campus, I did my internship at The Mission Inn in
Riverside, CA, and I work in Food Services at The
Rancho Santa Fe Farms Golf Club. I'm currently in
school for a second degree in Foods and Nutrition.

I've chosen to be a personal chef because I love to
help people and make them happy when it comes to
food, which is such a big part of everyday life. Many
restaurants nowadays won't accommodate for
your special needs, allergies, health requests, diets,
or simple likes or dislikes. I take pride in customizing
a menu for you, your family, and/or your friends to
enjoy. I also love the personal relationships I get to
have with my clients. You can tell me exactly what
you want and give me direct feedback on my
services.
